    3. Domestic & International Shipping Restrictions

    • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We [do / do not] ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses via standard shipping. Expedited and Express methods cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

    4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

    1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

    All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within [1–2] business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.

    3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

    To serve our customers better, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India.

    • COD Limit: COD is available for orders up to a maximum value of ₹[5,000].

    • COD Convenience Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹[40] applies to all COD orders to cover additional courier processing costs.

    • Verification: To minimize fake or accidental orders, we may send an automated WhatsApp message, SMS, or call you to confirm your address before dispatching a COD order.

    4. Delivery Area & PIN Code Serviceability

    Ligohub ships to over [15,000+] PIN codes across India.

    • Unserviceable Locations: If your PIN code is not currently serviced by our logistics partners, our system will notify you at checkout, and you will not be able to place the order.

    • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and mobile number are 100% accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery or return-to-origin (RTO) actions caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your package is handed over to the courier partner, we will send a dispatch confirmation via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. This notification will include:

    • The name of the courier partner.

    • A unique Awb / Tracking Number.

    • A direct link to track your shipment in real-time.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier portal to update and display active tracking updates.

    6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

    We take immense care in packaging your products securely, but transit issues can occasionally happen:

    • Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or torn, do not accept the delivery from the courier executive. Take a photo/video and report it to us immediately.

    • Missing Items: If you accept the package and find items missing or broken, you must share an unboxing video and photos with our support team within [48 hours] of delivery at support@ligohub.in.

    • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by our courier partner, we will either initiate a full refund or send a fresh replacement at no extra charge.

    7. Returns and Return to Origin (RTO)

    If a delivery fails because the customer was unavailable, refused the delivery, or provided an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin).

    • For prepaid orders returned as RTO, a reshipping fee of ₹[70] may be applied to ship the product out a second time.
